Meet the Team

Having established a strong team, who are happy and motivated, adds to a great environment for everyone.

With a 29-strong team made up of care, maintenance, admin, activities, kitchen and housekeeping staff they all contribute equally to ensuring a happy and safe environment at our senior care in Lincolnshire, where residents can feel safe and fulfilled. All our staff are trained in Dementia Care and in dealing with challenging behaviour, so that they are prepared for difficult situations.

Gill Croucher is our Registered Manager. At the tender age of 18 Gill has worked for the care sector, trained as a RGN in 1980 in Derby which led her to a career in trauma and orthopaedic department then on to becoming a Ward sister in 1987. Gill took some time out in 2000 to care for a young family and an elderly Mum and returned to care in 2006 when she joined our team. After 14 years of service she stepped up to become Registered Manager when the position became vacant.

I always left knowing that Mum was happy...

To all the staff at Wyngate, I can't thank everyone enough for all the love, care and attention that you gave mum. I know mum could certainly keep everyone on their toes and if she didn't want to do something she either wouldn't or needed a lot of encouragement to do this.
